large caliber rollerball

I have a friend who would like a rollerball pen with the writing end the same caliber as a Cigar pen. The Cigar rollerballs that I found on PSI still have a smaller caliber tip. I have also tried to put a rollerball cartridge in a Cigar pen, it doesn't fit. Any suggestions?

buy the 10" 10mm brass tube and make it fit.

The lower section on the cigar will need to be extended, you just need to add whatever the difference of the refill length is to the brass tube.

A spring on the front of the rollerball, and you should have it. may take a bit of tweaking, but the basics are all available.

The downside is that the refill will dry up. There is a reason that rollerballs have caps, after all.
