Kit advice with acrylic

Hello, Happy New Year.

Any recommendations regarding the Patriot at CUSA? I want to get in the the CSUA group buy and wanted a kit (other than slim) to show off the acrylic blanks I'm getting.

I have done several Jr. Gents and like them alot. It seems though, that many folks don't like the size of Jr. I had my eye on the Aero, but it's out of stock. Seemed the the Patriot would be a good second choice (from CUSA) to show off acrylic.

Any suggestions?

In my opinion the Patriot will show the blanks real nice. I know alot of pen turners don't seem to care for the pen but it has been one of my best sellers even better than the sierra. I also have not had any problems with the twist mechanism and have never had any of them returned for any reason.
