just wondering about a contest

I have been seeing different post about contests but I was just wondering if there was a contest for beginners. Thanks for all of the input

I am a novice on this board compared to others - so those more experienced might chime in as well.

I believe there is a beginners pen competition during the IAP birthday bash every year. Which happens in February. Only 4 1/2 months to go!!

I agree the PITH(Pen In The Hat) is a great way to get a pen out. If anyone feels they are to new to turning to particpate, I will gladly be there there partner. I was in the last PITH and had a great time and got a 1st edition segmented pen from fireangels. I started doing some segments after getting one in the mail. It helps you be creative and search for new and cooler materials to work with.
