Jr Gent vs Navigator/Baron

Forgive the noob here, but to the Jr Gent and the Navigator/Baron use the same size tubes and bushings? They look like the same basic pen, and I believe the drill sizes are close to the same.

They use different tubes and bushings., presuming we are talking about Jr Gent (Version) II,
not Jr Gent (version) I.
