I've been making a number of different pen types, took a class, and would like to concentrate on a few types for gifts for family, friends, and my own use.

I've made a few Jr. Statesman and they were well recieved. I like the ability to post the cap on the Jr. Gent. I have the I versions rigth now, but am going to switch over to the II version.

On the threads for the cap, on the nib and posting end, I see on pics posted here that they are sometimes in black, and sometimes also in platinium(rhodium?) finish. I don't see that as an option on woodturnerscatalog.com website. Is there another site to order from?

Thanks,
Mark

It seems I've seen Rhodium ones also with black threads. Is it a Ver. I verus Ver. II thing? By plain I guess you mean white metal?
