Today I was drilling and glueing some blanks that I had cut up.
I was running a sort of assembly line. I had 3 things to drill.
Atomizers
Gents
Jr Gents.

I had things lined up by drill size

I got the drills out and was feeling fine.
the lower tube of the gent is the same size as the upper tube on the Sedona. so I got to drilling!
Then I got them all lined up and was mixing the epoxy.
I glued the atomizers.
I glued the Gents
I attepted to insert the first upper tube in the Jr Gent.
it would not go in....
so I figured that maybe the tube was wrong...so I tried another one.
it would not fit!......
So AFTER I had ruined 2 Jr Gent tubes... I realized that I had drilled the blanks for SEDONAs and Not Jr Gents....and that also explained why the blanks were a bit too long!

Soooooo I hope that I can duplicate the the same blanks that are now gonna be Sedona's for the Jr Gents!

Jay, been there, done that! [B)] You can carefully re-drill the upper tubes for your Jr Gent kit.

It happens to the best of us! At least you are stilll able to use the blanks.

If you used your lathe to drill, you could very, very easily re-chuck the blank and ream the hole out with the proper bit size.
