Jr. Gent II question

Do all of the postable cap pens have the black chrome threads? I could have swore in their catalog they show some without the black and the threads are platinum. The website doesn't show them that way or even offer a platinum series. I am trying to find something that would go good with some tru-stone and I am having a hard time picturing it with black threads.

The Jr. Gents in my inventory are not black --- the Barons are black.

I say this, not to be argumentative, cause they COULD have changed since I last purchased. Wouldn't be the FIRST time!!!

But MY Jr. Gents are all "metal color" same as the plating on the kit (TN, RHO or Blk ti)

I can check when I get home, but I think the 10k ones have the black threads and the others don't.

In my experience, all baron kits have black enameled brass threads. The 10k gold jr gent's have black threads as well, although they are harder than the baron's. the ti gold and platinum jr. gents have threads that match the rest of the plated parts. At least all the ones I have seen do.

That would make sense, I don't use 10K.
