Ask CSUSA, they should be willing to help. I haven't seen Nils lately, he has been known to hang around the forum. He could probably help if he is out there.

Yes, you can do that but you won't have an eraser like the 'real' pencil model does.

BTW, Nils doesn't work for the company anymore, now it is Eric. [Ericatcraft]

Tea Clipper, is it a simple in-and-out replacement?
I haven't ordered any of the pencil mechs yet to play with them.

Oh no! I just played around with one, and the pencil mech didn't work very well in the double twist mech for that pen. What's odd is that normally, the pencil mech is a simple drop-in replacement for any Parker type pens. So I'm going to have to give this a 'thumbs-down' unless someone else is able to make it work. Sorry for the previous bum info. [B)]

Cost effectiveness. I can get 10 DSM 2006 mechanisms for $11. Rhodium Jr Gent BP is 13.99, pencil is 16.99, and I already have 6 more BP, but I wanted to make pen/pencil sets.
