I did a Jr Gent roller ball in mesquite burl and some one said if this was a fountain pen she would buy it. Can I change this to a fountain pen by swaping out tip and cartridge? I have never made a fountain pen but see both listed in the instructions and it looks like I could. Anyone done this?

yup, you can buy the conversion parts from exotic blanks IIRC, but i would put a Bock nib on it from Classicnib

Yes, but just to be sure, get it from the same place - there are 2 different Jr Gents ( I & II)

Exotic Blanks gives an option to upgrade the nib for a slight fee.

Also, don't forget to remove the spring from inside the finial.
