Inside diameter of junior gents II tubes?

I'm trying to find out the inside diameter of the Junior Gents II tubes... anyone know?

I get .380" for the long tube and .464 for the short tube.

There doesn't seem to be a drill bit that exactly matches the ID of those tubes. I find 9.6 is really close for the cap and then an adjustable reamer to open the hole up a touch.

I use .464" and .381" when I make my Pin Chucks, those dimensions are a "snug" fit.
