pros and cons? for a $30 investment it seems like a no brainer for wood, top it with a CA finish an vioala no more engraving for wood.
Usually when something seems to good to be true its because it is in my experience:rolleyes:

anyone use this? hows it work on acrylic?? does my printer use toner or ink? lol:eek:

I wouldn't waste the money. It's just a wood burner with a different tip. The color images won't be solid or strong enough to see them. Been there done that. I settled for the wifes extra clothes iron and black photo copies. You can mirror image something on a photo copier and then iron it onto the naked wood. Toner is applied with heat so it will iron off the paper and on to the pen. Let it cool for a while and use a couple thin layers of sanding sealer before a lacquer finish. CA will smear the iron on. Made about 300
pens with this method when I first got started. There's probably a way to seal it before a CA finish but I moved on before I really messed with CA.
