Imperial Question

Hey everyone,

I've made imperials before, but don't have a set of tubes for my next pen yet. Anyways, what are the length's of the lower and upper tube?

I looked in the library and got 1.90 for the upper and 1.97 for the lower. Anyone have an extra set to check against?
