Default Identification help

Can anyone tell me what these are or what they are used for? 2 sizes and 5 packs of each stapled together. Think they came from PSI but cannot find anything in any of their catalogs. Thanks

https://i.ibb.co/vL3ZT6k/Unknown.jpg Thanks JT
They are not pen stands. The big ones on the dome end are 5/8" and 7/16" on the other end with a 1/4" hole from the dome end. The smaller ones are 7/16" dome, 5/16 and 1/8" hole. I bought a lot of stuff from a deceased penturner and everything in the box where these were came from PSI. I have catalogs back to 2003 and find nothing and have looked at every instruction on PSIs website.

That sure looks like the bigger of the two. Wonder what the smaller is for. Thanks!
