This is one of John Underhill's pheasant feather pen blanks, that I got from Exotics.

Anyway I wanted to make this a Jr Emperor. For some reason I was thinking that the Jr Emperor used the same Bushings as the Jr Statesman II/Jr Gentlemen's II. With the lower barrel .512 and .480. But I guess They are both .512.

So I am stuck using a Jr Gentlemen's II, Jr Statesman's II, or a Venus pen kit.

Which do you guys think I should use? I am out of the jr statesman kits, but I could always order more.

Thanks

you could build back up with ca and refinish. i do the same thing when i have engraving done. i don't go that far undersized but have done so in the past on rare occasions. if careful and refinish properly it will look as if never happened. done all the time. you are still above the feathers and that is what matters. they would look better on the jr emperor IMHO.
