Hello. Can somebody confirm if the Ameroclassic ball point pen kit sold by HUT Products and the Classic American by Woodcraft are basically the same pen?
Meaning bushings are interchangeable?

Thank you in advance.

If you are asking about HUT Americlassic double twist pen, item #0521 and Woodcraft Classic American double twist pen, item #123360 (or one of the other plating numbers), then I think the answer is yes. Both companies sell Berea kits. HUT sells bushings for this pen that fit Berea's B mandrel, which HUT calls the Ameroclassic mandrel. Woodcraft's bushings for this kit fit the standard 7mm mandrel, or the A mandrel. HUT calls for a 21/64 ths drill bit and Woodcraft suggests the letter O drill bit, which is a better choice. The letter O bit is the one I use. I purchase bushings for Berea kits that call for the B mandrel from Woodcraft because Woodcraft's bushings all fit the A mandrel. I hope this is not too confusing. Good luck.
Do a good turn daily!
