I have made several acrylic pens in larger styles. Will I lose my blank if I try to go down to slimline size? Is there a minimum diameter for acrylics and plastics? Thanks

I have not had any problems as long as there is sufficient glue bond with tube and PR. Keep in mind the thinner you go the more you may see the tube so you may need to paint ahead of time or use colored tubes

The translucence is more prominent in the lighter colored acrylic blanks... some of the PR blanks I've done were opaque enough you didn't have to paint the tubes... it's a case by case situation... but make sure your tools are really sharp when you start getting thin.. it's easy to chip and blow out the blank when it gets really close to the tube.
