How do you protect your Polished brass casing for a Pen body?

Good dday!

I am sure this has been asked before, but I can't seem to find the right keywords to bring it up in search.

Basically, I am turning a few pens made from shell casings, and I want to clear coat the brass, so it stays nice and shinny and protected,

Is there any product on the market that offers this kind of CA like finish for brass? But that will adhere to polished metals?

I polish mine with Flitz or SimiCream and that's it. Eastwood Automotive has a clear spray that will coat polished stainless or most metals.

I dip mine in wipe on poly.
