High quality pen box

Hi,
i am trying to source high quality double pen boxes like the picture shown, they are no longer manufactured and only have a few left. I can get the singles still. I just need plain wood or veneer but good quality.
I can't find anything in the UK.
Any one have any ideas please ?
If so it would be much appreciated.

Hi John,
thank you for that, i've haven't from David for a while. His stock does change doesn't it.
He hasn't got anything apart from the paper burl ones. I have a couple and they are ok but you've given me an idea, i could maybe glue real veneer on the top. I need them to be engrave able. I've emailed him.
