help needed

Hi All
I am trying to find a white acrylic bllank I am looking for a pure white with a white perlesence I know this sounds a bit strange but I need to make a wedding pen for a friend and intend to use a European Fillagree but I want a "perlesence to show though
Any help would be appreciated

pops shed in victoria have plain white blanks and plain black blanks
