Is there a Woodcraft or Rockler store near you? They should have them. Or you can take the belt to an auto parts store and see if they have one that matches it.

If it is a flat mulit-groove belt similar to the one used by the Jet mini, you will be able to get one from these folks for about half of what Delta will charge you. You will need the number off of the original belt so you are sure you get the correct sized replacement.

Link to site for purchase of JET belts;

Company name: Michigan Industrial Belting
Phone number:1-800-778-1650(order by phone-no web store)

Here is another one:

JET Belt Number: Carlisle Poly-Rib 240J

The manual for the Delta is available in PDF form online. This link should get you started:

http://www.deltamachinery.com/index.asp?e=136&p=985 (I don't know how to make this an active link.)

They also offer a parts list. My experience is that they will give you a Delta part number and absolutely no details about the part.
