Help! Which kits are these?

These are two different kits, especially in thread size. I've made lots of Jr Gent II's, and lots of Barons, but these are not an exact match for either, in terms of thread size and center band style.

I've searched several suppliers' websites, but can't find that center band style AND all metal nibs and posts. New customer wants this style, but I'm drawing a blank in my search. Hoping someone here might know where I can find these!

Looks similar to an Orion. I think they had a similar section.
