Help identifying kit

Does anyone know if this is commercial kit or a custom made? I'm inclined to think the latter but fingers crossed I'm wrong IAP Home - Photos - ss3

Greeneyedcat did that, it is custom made check out some of his other work. Very impressive

I figured as much from what I saw :/. Amazing stuff.....just wish I could get my hands and a kit without having one custom made at the expense of an arm and a leg....maybe I'll give it a shot on the metal lathe at my work. Is the material aluminum or stainless?
