Help Finding a Pen Kit

Looking at the PWP contest, I saw a kit (I assume it's a kit and not kitless) that I absolutely love, but I can't seem to find it anywhere. Could someone point me in the right direction to find the kit please?

It's pen 13 in the contest, but I've also attached the picture. Any help is greatly appreciated!

I was just fixing to post a picture of that kit asking for that info. Had a few kits given to me but no tubes. Needed to order them but didn't know the kit. You helped 2 for 1 on that one. Thanks.

Just FYI, the required tube for that kit is the same as the Zen: 3.36" L by 0.400" Diam
Drill size is 10.5mm or 13/32"

The bushing sets are not the same:

Zen: both bushings are 0.512"
Gran Torino: one bushing 0.512" and the other is 0.478"

However, I have made the Gran Torino using the Zen bushings and it looks fine
