Help find this pen please.

I have someone interested in a pen that uses a Mont Blanc refill and can have a medical clip on it. I know the clip is available for a slim but some people just have to be different. Oh yeah, it would be great if it didn't cost a bunch too but that may be asking too much.

No luck, huh? How about either which pens use a Mont Blanc refill, or which ones have the medical clip as an option? I did a little searching but didn't didn't find what I need yet.

Sorry for not taking the time to search it all myself, but I only have Internet access a few minutes a day when I am out running errands.
