Will CA stick to HDPE (High Density Polyethylene plastic)? I'm wanting to make some finish bushing out of this stuff, what do you think? I bought a huge amount years ago for my flat work jigs. Thought... I have it why not.

I have used Delrin for bushings and I have used UHMW to make strips to apply CA and the CA does not stick to it.
Can you test a piece and try it?
Please post and let us know.

HDPE is a softer than UHMW, but both are polyethylene. The only difference between them is the lenght of their molecular chains. CA will not stick to them.

Ok guys,
I went to the storage shed and dug out some HDPE....
Thought one way or another I needed to get some out. I tried to CA a couple of pieces together, I found that CA does not stick to HDPE....
I also see that Paul (pssherman) answered it for me a couple of hour ago:):), Thank Paul and you a right.

Maybe use the HDPE as separaters in a puzzle pen like Ron Mc showed? Should make the rotation of the wood pieces very easy. Just have to choose a wood that would look good with the whitish HDPE.
