Getting ready to assemble a Havana. There is a small black
plastic sleeve which fits into the bottom end of the small tube.
One end of the sleeve has threads which go all the way to one
end and one side doesn't. Which way does it insert into the tube ?
Hate to mess it up. Also used TSW[:I]for the first time.
