OK I think I read somewhere that you pros change out the roller ball cartridges from the kits. I have had about 30% leakers from the pens I have made that have the Hauser cartridges.
I but most kits from woodcraft the kit I have trouble with is the classic american rollerball screw cap.
What refill should I be putting in them?

Thanks
Dion

I think the general consensus is that the Schmidt cartridges are pretty good. These come with CSUSA kits and I've used them in the Berea and PSI kits and never had any issues.

I use the Hauser refills to mix my epoxy, and no I am not joking!

Instead, I put in a Pilot G2, or a Schmidt if I have one extra. I prefer the G2 over the Schmidt personally, and I prefer a 10-penny nail on a chalkboard over the Hauser.

I think Lou metclaf of heritage pens has the best price. You can find his ad in the classified section of the forum. He gives a discout to forum members. By the way the correct spelling is HOSER cartridges.:D I posted about this issue back on June 12th. search for "hoser cartridges".
