Has anyone turned Rubber Wood

I recently came across some logs from a Rubber plant someone was removing from their property. Cut some into pen blanks and while unusual, not super spectacular. Cuts well and when dry sands very well. Opinions if you have any---Thanks

No, but probably a good lubrication would help.
