Grrr. Can't find a kit I bought once. Help!

My wife saw this super-expensive pen kit in a catalog last year that had swarovski crystals on both finials and around the cap base.

I made one for her and she loved it and other women see it and ask me if I will make them one just like it.

Now I can't remember the name of the kit nor can I find it on CSUSA or PSI.

Any ideas for me re: the name and where to buy it?

The venus is part of the Jr. series, so bushings, caps, clips, and other parts should all be compatible
