Read somewhere about using grocery paper during sanding. How does this work and what is it doing? I assume it is just polishing the wood. Has anyone used scotchbrite during sanding? Thanks

Jerry, the brown paper bags from the grocery store can be considered along the same lines as the finer grades of MicroMesh. I tend to use it when I have BLO on the blank so as not to stain my MicroMesh.
