Has anyone made a pen using a blank called Green Emerald City Rhinoplastic.

If so can you post a photo and tell us your opinion of the blank and what color did you back paint the blank. This blank looks different on 2 different vendors sites and not sure what to expect. Want something that is close to emerald green in color. This blank is suppose to be some sparkle in it which is fine with me.

Have used rhinoplastic blanks before so I know what to expect there as far as turning and drilling. It is the color that has me confused. Thanks in advance.

Here it is on a Falcon pen from PSI. Very pretty blank, as are most of the Rhino blanks I've turned. I reverse painted the blank, painted the tube, and colored the epoxy.

Rustoleum 2X Meadow Green. It is fairly dark, but lightens up in the sun. If you want, I'll be happy to shoot a photo of it in the sun when I get home from work.

That is OK. Thanks. I am trying to match it up with something else which is lighter in color. But now that I think of it the pen as a whole may look cool with a darker nib as opposed to a lighter cap. May make one up and see how it looks. I really need to get all my other stuff done so that I can start some pen work. :)

This one is called Silk Emerald Green from PSI. It might be a little lighter.
