Great Drill Bit App iEngineer

There is a great drill bit chart on an app named iEngineer for anyone with iPhones, may be on Android too, very handy for quick reference if the nice cheat sheet in the library isn't convenient to you. Also has a fraction and screw size chart.

There is another named iMachinist that is a little more robust

I bought the metric add on, doesn't cover metric fine threads used in pen making. Still useful though
