Sometimes with a new pen kit (to me) it takes me at least one batch to get it right. The Stratus click was such an experience as I trimmed the blanks a bit too much. The cartridge was proud when retracted and I thought it was a total loss. I looked at the kit with its black trim ring and thought O ring. I inserted an O ring between the nub and the coupler and all looks good.

Whew!

In wood working, fixing your mistakes, is half the battle. In this case, you did an excellent job that no one will ever detect. It looks fantastic.
