The local art studio that vends my pens is selling a bunch of glass desk pen holders in twisted multi colored glass. They display some of my pens with clips in these stands and it just looks bad... so I have spun out a few Rogue desk pens to go with the multi colored glass. I have a few more ideas as well. the brass thin band on the Zebra/cherry/Corian/ Acrylic pen is turned from a .45 cal cartridge head. the other maple pen is Corian top and black band. The reason the yellow top pen has three materials in the bottom is that the zebra wood blew out on me, I cut it back placed a piece of Corian in and replaced the other end with another piece of Zebra wood. It blew up again so cherry was called to fill in. JB

cool pens. I did a desk pen not too long ago, but i chose to go closed end, and a bit extra long. They are fun to do. Oh yeah, Nice play with the words.. Palin would be proud!
