I use thick CA for all of these materials. As with any joinery you need flat surfaces for a good joint so sand them smooth on a flat surface. Then scuff the surface of each piece for better glue adhesion. Work quickly to align the pieces since CA sets up in about 25 seconds. Use disposable gloves to protect your hands and perhaps a respirator for the fumes if they cause you any problems. I have found it difficult to keep my sheet metal flat so use a clamp protected by wax paper when glueing metal to wood or acrylic.
