Lee, where do you get Sumo glue? I've had the same problems with gluing tubes in Corian and I'm looking for alternative solutions.

Thanks,

Lee - I use Sumo glue and love it. I like the void filling capability, semi-translucence, and flex this stuff has. We were having problems (especially with Corian when we were turning that) with the tubes just sliding out! We followed all the "rules" for gluing with CA but it just made us CRAZY with failures. Finally saw mention of Sumo glue here and have been using it since.

I bought some Stick Fast epoxy from CSUSA. You can get it in bottles of 9 oz. I got the 20 minute and 5 minute. If I am doing one or two I use the 5 minute and if say 6 or more I use the 20 minute for more working time. I have a couple of pens now 2 yrs. old and so far holding fine.
