Is there some kind of chemical reaction that takes place if you use CA glue on tubes? Whenever I do, I get this bad feeling in my nose and my eyes start to water up. Any tips to help or does this happen to everyone?

That's just the off gassing from the CA in general. I don't believe it has anything to do with the tubes. Wear gloves, mask and eyewear and just don't get close to it when it's curing.

I agree, it's the offgassing. a respirator and all that is very helpful. One thing I do is try not to stand directly over the curing glue. it doesn't help the fumes as far as smell but it helps me with the watery eyes.
