Frustations today

This was a frustrating day! I had 4 blanks come apart while turning. Two were celtic knots and two were segmented brick patterns. I recently changed from Titebond II to Titebond III for the glue-up. I had no reason to change, but did. Temps were in the 90's today. Blanks were glued a week ago. I have done many of these blanks without problems. Anyone have insights?

Try applying thin CA every other pass. Let it set up each time. Try taking thin cuts.

as crazy and dumb as this may be. But when did you sharpen your tools last. when I have issues I realize I hadn't prepped my tools
