Fountain Pen and Pencil Set - Need Help

I have a customer who would like a fountain pen and pencil set. He doesn't want the diameter of the set to be too large. I don't recall seeing anything small in a fountain pen and pencil set. PSI has a Designer fountain pen and pencil in 24kt gold. Also the PSI Classic style comes in fountain pen and pencil.

Do you have any other suggestions?

I believe Berea has a European round top fountain and pencil as well.
