Fountain pen and pencil matching set?

I just had a friend ask me if I could make him a pen and pencil matching set for a Christmas present, but he wants the pen to be a fountain pen. Does anyone know any style of kits that come in both fountain pen and mechanical pencil? Woodcraft has something like this but they only have it in rollerball and not FP.

With a similar question....anyone seen a PENCIL bullet "bolt action" style kit? Not sure how that would work...but have a customer that purchased a bullet bolt action pen and they wish to purchase 2 more and a matching pencil, too?? Have looked at Woodcraft, Lazerlinez, and Penn State websites.
