First Pen

Well I took the plunge. Made my first pen this weekend at a Woodcraft class. The pen is made from Hawaiian Koa. There are a couple of things I wish were just a touch different, but I learned a lot. I am off to get all the needed supplies this afternoon so I can fully get into this addiction. Sorry the picture is not a little better, I need to work on that too.

Glad to see you got the first one done. I would suggest you try and redo the photo. It's hard to tell much about your work from that one.

I would redo the pic with a lighter and more contrasting background. The resolution is high, which makes too big a pic also.
