First Pen

Finished my forst pen tonight after much trial and error. I must say it felt great to make one that works. Thanks to all here who answered my newbie questions. Your wealth of knowlage really helped. I will post a picture soon but now must go feed the newborn. Thanks all.

Congratulations Greg! I trashed two pens before a got a good one. I have over a hundred pens behind me now and I still love doing it. Post a pic if you can (the pen or kid or both!) I'm sure it's tuff getting time to turn with a little one.

Congratulations, I turned my first pen about a month ago and I'm hooked. I've made about 20 so far and sold a couple. They will make great Christmas gifts. The problem is I'm always finding new things to purchase for this hobby. Good Luck
