OK so my wife bought me some Filagree Sleeves for Slimline from PSI for a Christmas present.

These do not come with any instructions, but online the description said that they are tapered to position and fit securely onto any Slimline pen.
Obviously I cannot do a bulging design but other than that does anybody have any experience or hints to using these?
