I like the Euro style pen and the ones I have made so far have all had 7mm tubes. I saw a Euro pen this week that looked to have 8mm tubes. It felt more comfortable when holding and I would like to make one, but have no idea where it came from. I tried searching a few websites, but all seemed to be 7mm. PSI had one with 8mm, but just in standard gold and I did not care for the clip.

Anyone come across a Euro with 8mm tubes?

I used to get mine from William Woodwrite in Canada

You're right .. the feel better and they don't look so 'cheap' as some of the
7mm Euro kits.

Berea Hardwoods has one in chrome, gold titanium and platinum.

I'll bet both http://www.beartoothwoods and http://www.arizonasilhouette.com both sell them.

Do a good turn daily!

The very first pen I ever turned was a euro with 8mm tubes... but I got the lathe, pen kit and all the tools as a Christmas gift, not sure where it came from, but since my son lived in Austin at the time, and the only store there then was a Rockler, thinking it may have come from there.
