Before I make a dive into this kit can someone possibly give me the following circumferences and lengths

Cap tube
Barrel tube
Bushing circumferences for both barrel and cap.

Thanks in advance

If memory serves me correctly, the cap is the same as the cap on a full size gent. The lower barrel is slightly shorter than that of the gent and is the same diameter as the largest end of the gent's lower barrel. Tube diameters are the same (emperor and gent, that is).

Not sure why you measure a pen that way but the calculation is simple.

Pi (3.14) X Diameter = Circumference. Diameters (Dia. D, E, J & K) are given in the chart.

The lengths as stated are good to within a few thousands of an inch because of manufacturing tolerances and the callipers you are likely using to measure them with are probably uncalibrated and by the nature of the instrument are not accurate.
Forgive me if your calliper is calibrated or you use calibrated micrometers.

+1 for pete! Math counts, after all.

but I needed a brain teaser anyway, so here goes:
Cap length: 1.97 inches
body length: 2.26 inches

Cap Circumference: 1.792 inches (.571xPi)
Body Circumference: 1.413 inches (.450xPi)
That is for the tube, or inner bushings

Outer bushings:
cap: 2.041 inches
body: 1.878 inches

3.14 was used for Pi. Numbers past .000 decimal rounded

Cheers :D
