Just curious about the bushings for the CS Emperor kits. Are they the same bushings the Gentleman's/Stateman kits use?

No, Gents pen has "fatter" end at nib, Emporer is same at both ends. Cap appears the same on both. (Visual observation, don't have calipers at office)

I just ordered a couple (by phone...not on web page yet). Prices are completely backwords in the catalog. The gold fountain pen is $49.99. Almost had sticker shock, but went ahead anyway. Hope they are as nice as they look in print! Nice folks to talk to. Too bad most of the pens I make (Americana and Cigar styles) require tenon cuts. Berea is way ahead in that department. Just wish they didn't have so much plastic. Sigh...is there the "perfect" pen kit?
If you look at Anthony's review http://www.penturners.org/forum/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=9982 you'll find the bushing info. Some of the G bushings fit, but not the complete set.
