Elegant Sierra Click

Does anyone know of a place that might sell an Elegant Sierra style pen, but with a click mechanism versus a twist? I have a customer that bought a Elegant Twist, but would like an Elegant Click for his mom.

I'm pretty sure you'll have to make your own. This is a link to a tutorial I did on another site that takes you through the steps. Beartooth has either the two-tone chrome or the Titanium-Platinum button-click Sierras that can be used with the chrome cigar nib. You'll wind up with a lot of spare cigar pen parts, but the resulting pen is pretty good. I've used Parker-style, Fisher, or Uniball refills in them, depending on my mood at the moment.
