El Grande drill size?

Folks - What drill size do those of you who make El Grande pens use for the smaller tube? Berea lists the drill needed as 31/64, but that size makes a hole that is oversize. By my caliper, the smaller tube is .475" (31/64 = .484", over by about 9 thousandths). I made one fit by using a 15/32 bit, then reaming the hole with a dremel and a small sanding drum, but that was a bit of a pita. I don't think I'll be doing a lot of these, but I was wondering what folks use. Thanks -

I use the 31/64" and I also use epoxy.

It is the caps hole that is the problem.
