Anybody have a drill size they REALLY like for the ElGrande-Churchill?

Looks like 12mm might be ideal, I don't have one. Before I go get more bits, is this the right answer?

Thanks

31/64= .4844

While I did not bring it in with me, seems to me the tube measured .485, I tried filing and, of course, expanded the ends to an unacceptable level. (Not sure what size bit I used, though, so I am not arguing, just clarifying)

If your tube is .485, that equates to 12.319mm so you could try the 12.5mm that is used for the Jr. Gent cap. (12.5mm = 4.9213")

That would make sense. Guess I better re-measure. I was pissed last night, the only sample I had from Britain of a new product. Thought I would be clever --- NOT SO MUCH!!!
