I recently bought out a penturner getting out of the hobby.

In the process of cataloging my purchase, I came across a Dymondwood chunk that is labeled with the number 7, predominately red/burgundy with lighter laminations between.

I have Googled, Yahooed!, etc, and find many Dymondwood color charts. None of them include a #7.

Anyone know what the name of Dymondwood #7?

I realize that this is trivial but my OCD nature requires that I identify it :befuddled:.

Thanks for any help,
JB

Thanks guys!

I didn't read far enough in the Dymondwood brochure. Heritage Brown (#7) is in the text list but not in the sample photos.

I wouldn't call it brown, more of an aged cherry look. Maybe it looks different after turning. We'll have to see soon!

Thanks again for the help.
